On March 25, 2025, Uttarakhand Ayurveda University’s Rishikul Campus, Haridwar organized a Voter Awareness Program under the theme “Empowered Women, Empowered Nation.” The event aimed to highlight the importance of voting and civic responsibility, particularly among youth and women.
The program was inaugurated by District Magistrate Mr. Kamendra Singh, Senior Chief Election Officer Dr. Vijay Kumar, who emphasized the role of informed and responsible voting in strengthening democracy.
As part of this initiative, students of various colleges actively participated in rangoli, poster-making, and nukkad natak (street play) competitions, creatively spreading the message of electoral awareness. Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College (MAMC) students excelled in competitions, securing top positions. Their exceptional performances were recognized with cash prizes, trophies and certificates of appreciation.This achievement was made possible with the continuous encouragement and support of Prof. (Dr)Mayank Jain (Principal), who always motivates students to take part in such meaningful activities beyond academics.
MAMC students will continue to voluntarily participate in future social awareness programs and community-driven events, contributing their creativity and enthusiasm for important causes.
