As India is moving forward with it’s 78th Independence day, the achievements and celebrations are also on peak level. Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College and hospital Roorkee organised 2 day programme to celebrate the remarkable 78th Independence day of India.
On 14th August 2024, College celebrated “Vibhajan Vibhishika Smriti Divas” by showing video of Partition of India to college students and faculty as per instructions from Uttarakhand Government.
On the same day, Another program was held devoting to mother nature ” Ek ped maa ke naam” in which plantation was done by Faculty members and students of various batches of MAMC.
Various faculties also celebrated the new initiative “Har Ghar Tiranga” by hoisting national flag at home.

On 15th August 2024, flag hoisting was done in college premises along with  Tiranga Ralley from Durga chowk, Roorkee to Subhash chowk, Roorkee. In this ralley all faculties and students participated and showed enthusiasm and remembered freedom fighters who were martyred during fighting for independence.
In this celebration, Director General Prof.(Dr.) Narendra Sharma, Director Administrative Deepak Sharma, Principal Prof.(Dr ) Mayank Jain were present.
