Observing Uttarakhand’s regional festival “Harela Divas” on 16th July 2024, Department of Dravyaguna, Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College and hospital Roorkee organised plantation programme.
On this occasion Principal Dr.(Prof.)Mayank Jain, Dr.(Prof.) Kanu Ohri (H.O.D. Dravyaguna), Dr. Ranjana Jaisingh (Associate professor), Dr.Swati Jagotra(Assistant professor) in the presence of other faculties planted various trees. Principal Dr.(Prof.) Mayank Jain gave message to keep planting more trees so environment can be saved.He also asked students to plant trees around their houses and take care of them for betterment of future. This festival is usually celebrated to welcome monsoon and seek blessings for good harvest.
