On the occasion of Martry’s day of Raja Vijay Singh Ji and Commander Kalyan Singh Ji, Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Roorkee organized a free health check-up camp on 3rd October 2023 in village Kunja Bahadurpur, Haridwar District. The camp was inaugurated by Former education minister and MP Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal along with Director General Prof( Dr.) Narender Sharma, Director Administrator Mr. Deepak Sharma, Principal Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College, Prof.(Dr.) Abhishek Bhushan Sharma.
The camp was operated by Dr Sunit Kumar and assisted by Dr. Nitin Kumar.Around 200 patients took benefit of this camp in which mostly patients were suffering from eye diseases, skin diseases, joint pain, neurological diseases, gynaecological diseases, hypertension etc. Patients were given free ayurvedic medicine along with panchkarma therapies.
Senior consultants namely Dr Abhishek Sharma, Dr.S.K. Kaushik, Dr.Sumit Vishnoi, Dr. Sapna Vishwas, Dr.Archana Arya, Dr. Akanksha Singh, Dr Urvi Kaushik ,Dr Mridula Nayak were present along with Internees namely Nirbhay ,Sher Ali, Nasir, Vaishali Jain, Rohit were present.
Various routine investigations of patients were done by Pathologist Mr Jackson J.Nath. Chief Pharmacist Mr.Lokesh Dauriyal along with his team assisted patients with their medicines. Physiotherapist Mr. Sohan lal,nursing staff Miss Sapna, panchakarma therapist Mr.Sanket and Mr Vishal were present at the camp.
Kunja Bahadurpur is an adopted village by Motherhood Hospital, in which free health check-up camp and health awareness is being spreaded on regular basis by Motherhood Hospital.
